The Globe and Mail; and the Canadian organization, the Association
in Defense of the Wrongly Convicted. In addition, Sigrid
has written extensively about health issues such as hypothyroidism,
invisible disabilities, panic attacks and
menopause.

Anita Flegg was recently retired from a successful electrical
engineering career. As part of her new post-retirement routines,
she decided to get in shape, lose weight and generally feel
better physically and mentally. As part of this journey,
she discovered that she had hypoglycemia—low blood
sugar. In researching hypoglycemia, she found that she was
unable to find all the information she wanted in one place
and she decided to write a book that answered all the questions
she had.
